McGrath has a B.A. in Athletic Training from Purdue University and a Master’s degree in Human Environmental Sciences in Sports Management from the University of Alabama. In her role as the Manager of Collegiate Engagement, she is responsible for fostering positive, collaborative relationships between the participating athletic trainers and the Datalys Center. Athletic trainers at participating institutions play a critical roll in the Datalys Center’s collegiate injury surveillance program, and McGrath manages all aspects of collegiate engagement including AT recruitment, training, and support.
